Violet is a holistic life coach, intuitive energy practitioner, and seeker of all things magical and mystical. She believes that everyone has a shining light within, an inner spark that wants to be revealed to fully embrace who you are and live a happier and healthier life.

My Story
Here's the quick story...​
I've always been interested in plant medicine and nutrition, but my career path went with chemistry. After 25 years in the chemistry field, and other major life changes, I re-evaluated my path. I had already begun taking yoga, Reiki, and spiritual healing classes, but jumped in deeper at this time of my life.
​
I continued on my spiritual journey with more training and different modalities. Initially, it was for self-discovery and self-healing, but this evolved into a passion to take my experiences and assist others on their journey. And that long held interest for plant medicine and nutrition is being revived as I further expand my knowledge in that direction.
